Sandy's skills really come to the fore in the kitchen and he produces delicious home cooked fayre. He prides himself in using local produce where possible for his dishes to ensure quality and freshness. Being an ex-butcher, Sandy really understands meat. He buys our Aberdeen Angus from our cousin Willie Mackay’s farm in Ackergill, Caithness and prepares it for our guests to enjoy.
